Late Policy:
Please know, if you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, we CANNOT accept your dog and you will have to reschedule for a later date. If you are more than 10 minutes late and do not call or text, we may still be unable to accept your dog and reserve the right to turn away your appointment. Being on time to your appointment helps us and it helps your dog get in and out of the spa and back into your arm the fastest. Thank you

Cancellation Policy:

If you do not call or email at least 24 hours prior you will be charged a $20 late cancellation fee. Cancelling earlier rather than later allows us to get more dogs in to be groomed, and our extensive wait-list would greatly appreciate the earlier you call to cancel or move your appointment. If you No Call/No Show or cancel day of without letting us know of an emergency, we will charge you half of the fee it would've cost to groom your pup. Please show us the courtesy we show you and give us a call if there are any changes. Thank you!

Pickup Policy:

We tell all our appointments regardless of needs or special requests around 3-4 hours. Some days in a grooming shop are crazier than others as we are working with live animals, so it could take less or more time depending on the day. If there is any reason it would take much longer than 4 hours we would let you know. But to reduce the amount of dogs sitting in our shop we ask that you pick your dog up in a timely manner. Because of this, if you are unable to pick your dog up within an hour of being called to tell you that they are finished, we will charge you a $20 daycare fee. We unfortunately do not operate as a pet boarding facility so we cannot have large numbers of dogs in the building at one time, so please schedule your appointment on a day and time where you can promptly pick up your dog! Thank you!
